We ship our jewelry to countries and regions worldwide. However, particular areas may have restrictions, so please contact us if you have any questions regarding delivery to your location. -
Carriers and Tracking Services
We select the most suitable carrier (e.g., DHL, FedEx, Yamato Transport) based on your region to ensure secure and insured delivery.
All shipments include tracking numbers, allowing you to monitor your package in real-time. -
Shipping Timeframes
- In-stock items: Orders will be shipped within 5 to 10 business days after confirmation.
- Made-to-order, custom, or bespoke items: These products require 5 to 10 weeks for production. Once completed, they will be shipped within 5 to 10 business days.

Customs, Import Duties, and Shipping Fees
- Within Japan: Free shipping for orders over JPY 100,000.

International: Free shipping for orders over JPY 400,000 (or the equivalent in local currency).
(For orders below these amounts, the customer will be responsible for shipping fees.) - VAT, import taxes, and customs duties for international shipments are the responsibility of the customer.
- Prices will be calculated based on the exchange rate at the time of purchase.
