Section 3 - Shipping, Import Duties, and VAT
We are committed to providing reliable shipping services worldwide. Please be aware of the following:
- Domestic Shipping: Free shipping for orders over JPY 100,000.
- International Shipping: Free shipping for orders over JPY 400,000 (or equivalent in local currency). For orders below this amount, shipping fees will apply.
- Import Duties and Taxes: For international orders, customers are responsible for VAT, import taxes, and any applicable customs fees imposed by the destination country.
Section 4 - EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period and 30-Day Return Policy
- EU Customers: In compliance with EU law, customers have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days of receipt, for any reason and without justification. The item must be in the same condition as when received—unworn, unused, with original tags and packaging. Custom-made items are excluded.
- Standard 30-Day Return Policy: Beyond the EU cooling-off period, we offer a 30-day return policy to all customers. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unused, and in original packaging, with proof of purchase. Custom-made and limited-edition items (such as the Japonisme Collection) are not eligible for returns.
Section 5 - Payment and Billing Accuracy
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders if we suspect fraudulent activity or violation of our terms. Customers must provide accurate and up-to-date billing and contact information. Please promptly notify us of any changes to ensure smooth transactions and communications.
