1. Standard 30-Day Return Policy

• You may return your purchase within 30 days of receiving it, provided the item is in its original condition: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
• Custom-made items, including made-to-order products such as the Japonisme Collection, are not eligible for returns.

2. EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

• For orders shipped to the European Union, customers have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days of receipt, for any reason and without justification.
• As with our standard policy, the item must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging to qualify.
• Made-to-order or custom products are exempt from this policy.

3. Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, the refund will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method.
